To be eligible to claim FinancePath’s $250.00 guarantee payment, applicants agree to meet the following conditions:
$250.00 guarantee payment must be claimed within 60 days of attending the first strategy sessåion with FinancePath.
Applicants must attend the first strategy session with FinancePath in person or remotely via telephone or online meeting.
Applicants (including all parties to enquiry) must provide FinancePath with the relevant supporting documentation to verify their current financial position following the first strategy session with FinancePath.
Applicants must attend the second strategy session with FinancePath in person or remotely via telephone or online meeting.
Applicants must meet all servicing and policy requirements as stipulated for FinancePath loan products.
To claim the $250.00 guarantee payment, applicants must apply in writing and submit their request via email ([email protected]) within the specified time period advised above.
Applicants will be advised of their eligibility to claim the $250.00 guarantee payment via email within 7 days of submitting claim.
Claims are subject to the review, approval and authorisation of FinancePath Directors.
If eligible to claim $250.00 guarantee payment, payment will be made to the applicant via direct debit within 14 days of submitting the claim.
$250.00 guarantee payment cannot be substituted or transferred.
FinancePath employees and directors are not eligible to claim the $250.00 guarantee payment.
$250.00 guarantee payment can only be claimed once by an applicant (enquiries made by individual and joint loan applicants are considered to be ‘an applicant).
